Report of Multiplier Event in Greece

Στο πλαίσιο της Παγκόσμιας Ημέρας Αναπηρίας για τους σκοπούς του προγράμματος Erasmus+ με τίτλο “INSIDE-social INcluSion of people with Intellectual DisabilitiEs through sport”,  έλαβε χώρα τη Πέμπτη 01.12.2022 στο Εργαστήρι Ειδικής Αγωγής Μαργαρίτα στη Νέα Πεντέλη Αττικής, ένα πολύωρο multiplier Event.

Η εκδήλωση είχε διαφημιστεί από όλα τα μέσα που διαθέτει το ΕΕΑ Μαργαρίτα, και η ανταπόκριση ξεπέρασε τις προσδοκίες μας. Συγκεντρωθήκαν 50 άτομα.

Πέρα από ατομικές παρουσίες, παραβρέθηκαν το Τμήμα Οικιακής Οικονομίας και Οικολογίας του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου με την Επίκουρη Καθηγήτρια κα Αντωνοπούλου Κατερίνα, καθώς και τα αθλητικό τμήματα της δομής «Παμμακάριστος» και της δομής «Αναγέννηση».

Η ημέρα ξεκίνησε με το καλωσόρισμα, τον πρωινό καφέ και  τις παρουσίες των παρευρισκόμενων. Υπήρξε εκθεσιακός χώρος, όπου οι επισκέπτες μπορούσαν να ξεφυλλίσουν τον οδηγό EASY TO READ , αλλά και να δουν τα αθλήματα / παιχνίδια που περιέχονται.

Αρχικά έγινε αναφορά στην Παγκόσμια Ημέρα Αναπηρίας καθώς και στο πρόγραμμα Inside. Κατόπιν , έγινε παρουσίαση του οδηγού Easy to Read , ο οποίος αποτελεί δημιουργία των καθηγητών Προσαρμοσμένης Φυσικής Αγωγής του ΕΕΑ Μαργαρίτα.

Μετά τις παρουσιάσεις και σύμφωνα με την ατζέντα της ημέρας, όλοι οι παρευρισκόμενοι πήγαν στο διπλανό κλειστό γήπεδο μπάσκετ, προκειμένου να γίνει μια εφαρμογή των πρακτικών του προγράμματος , αλλά και να παίξουν οι ωφελούμενοι μπάσκετ.

Με το πέρας των αγώνων,  προσφέρθηκε φαγητό στο χώρο του Μαργαρίτα που περιλάμβανε μπάρες πρωτεΐνης, μπανάνες και σάντουιτς. Εκεί οι επισκέπτες μπορούσαν να χαλαρώσουν και να συζητήσουν μεταξύ τους.

Report of Multiplier Event in Greece

 In the framework of the International Disability Day and for the purposes of the Erasmus+ program entitled "INSIDE-social INcluSion of people with Intellectual DisabilitiEs through sport", a multiplier Event took place on Thursday 01.12.2022 at the Margarita Special Education Center in Nea Penteli, Attica.

The event had been advertised by all the media available to VTC Margarita, and the response exceeded our expectations. 50 people were gathered.

In addition to individual presences, the Department of Home Economics and Ecology of Harokopio University with Assistant Professor Mrs. Antonopoulou Katerina attended, as well as the sports departments of  "Pammakaristos" structure and the "Anagennisi" structure.

The day started with the welcome, the morning coffee and the attendees present. It was an exhibition area, where visitors could browse through the EASY-TO-READ guide, but also see the sports / games contained.

Initially, reference was made to International Disability Day as well as the Inside program. Then, the Easy-to-Read guide was presented, which is a creation of the Adapted Physical Education Teachers of VTC Margarita.

After the presentations and according to the agenda of the day, all attendees went to the adjacent indoor basketball court, to make an implementation of the program's practices, but also for the beneficiaries to play a basketball game.

At the end of the games, food was offered in Margarita's area that included energy bars, bananas, and sandwiches. So, guests could relax and talk with each other.
